We’ll be meeting at Bayview Ave & Mill St (near the red sculpture) and heading to the Leslie Spit for a scenic no drop social ride. We’ll do a few pick ups along the way to get our heart rates up and work on fast cadence.
We can also practice our bunny hops over the speed bumps on the spit.
