      Warm up 2 to 4 km
      Drills / strides
      3 x 1 km @ 5 km pace rest 90 sec between each one
      4 x 500 m 3 km pace rest 1 mins between each one
      Than SURPRISE
      1x 500m @ 3km pace
      Warm down 2 to 4 km
      WOOHOO WOOHOO WOOHOO 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏻👍✅
