      Warm up 2 to 4 km
      Drills , Strides
      1x 500 m @ 3 km pace rest 2 mins
      1x 1500m @ 10 km pace rest 3 mins
      2x 1 Km @ 5 km pace rest 2 mins between each one
      2x 500 m @ 3 Km pace rest 1 mins between each one
      Than SURPRISE
      1x 500m @ 5km pace
      Warm down 2 to 4 km
      WOOHOO WOOHOO WOOHOO 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏻👍✅
