      4-6x250m, 250’s as
      – 100m swim
      – 100m drill
      * if doing 4x then 100 kbt on odds rounds and fist closed on even rounds
      * if doing 6x; rounds one/four =kbt, two/five=fist closed, three/six=catch-up
      ~30sec rest
      – 50m build to sprint last 10m
      @ :50/:55/1:00/1:05

      4x
      – 200m swim
      @3:00/3:40/4:20/5:00
      – 200m build to 90%
      @3:00/3:40/4:20/5:00
      – 100m 3/5/7 breathing
      @2:00/2:30/3:00
