      4×50 25 Dolphin Kick/25back

      3×200 pull
      @ 2:50/3:20/3:50/4:10/4:30/5:00
      4×50 25 DK/25bk

      3×100 pull
      @ 1:30/1:45/2:00/2:10/2:20/2:35
      4×50 25 DK/25bk

      Pull = descend, ex each 300 is faster
      Sets = descend, ex 300>200>100
