      2x ***10-15 rest between
      100 swim, 50 side kick
      50 swim, 50 single arm, 50 build.

      300/200/2×100 IM

      3-4x
      x*100 @ x
      200-400 easy

      Choose an interval for round 1. Goal is to make 3-4. Should be really hard to make any more. If you can keep going, keep going. You stop once you miss the interval. Round 2 is x or x+5. Same rules. Round 3 is x+5 or x+10. Round 2+3 stop at 8×100’s.
