Drills /strides
1x 1 mile @ 10 km pace rest 2 mins
3 sets of
1x 800 m @ 5 km pace rest 90 sec
2x 400 m @ 3 km pace rest 1 min between each one . 2 mins between sets
Than SURPRISE
1x 400m @ 3 km pace
Warm down 2 to 4 km
