Welcome to Wednesday morning spins! This week we’re doing an accelerations workout.
Count off below to reserve a bike, up to 11.
Notes if you’re new to our spins:
– our workout takes place on stationary bikes, located on court 4 on the third floor of the Athletic Centre in the Field House (West side)
– you access it from the indoor track
– the spin workout is from 7 to 8 am, and then many people stick around for a core workout after (about 15 min)
– bring a water bottle; towel also recommended
– running shoes are recommended (though some bikes can take bike shoes)
