Warm up 2 to 4 km
Drills , Strides
2x 2 km @ 10 km pace rest 2 mins between each one
4 x 400m @ 3 Km pace rest 1 mins and than repeat set
Than SURPRISE
1x 500m @ 5km pace
Warm down 2 to 4 km
