      Count off below to reserve a spot. We should have 11 bikes.

      Optional: Download the “M Series” Keiser app ahead of time to connect to the bikes.
      For anyone new to the bricks, here’s some additional info:

      – The workout is from 6:30-8 PM.

      – The location is Court 4 on the third floor of the Athletic Centre in the Field House.
      
– Bring running shoes for the bikes (not bike shoes).
      
– Bring water, a towel is also recommended!
