      Warmup 2 to 5 km
      Drills
      2 sets of
      1x 1200m @ 5km pace rest 3 mins
      1x 1 km @ 5 km pace rest 3 mins
      1x 400m @ 3 km pace rest 3 mins repeat Set .
      Surprise 100m easy 300 m hard
      Warm down 2 to 5 km
