For anyone new to the bricks, hereβs some additional info:
β The workout is from 6:30-8 PM.
β The location is Court 4 on the third floor of the Athletic Centre in the Field House.
β Bring running shoes for the bikes (not bike shoes).
β Bring water, a towel is also recommended.
– We’ll do 1-2K run, 45min bike, 2-3K run.
