Strength workout
Count off below to reserve a bike. We have 15 bikes (12 brand new ones!).
For anyone new to the spins, hereβs some additional info:
β bring running shoes for the bikes (not bike shoes)
β bring water; a towel is also recommended
β the location of the spin room is on the third floor of the Athletic Centre in the Field House; you access it from the indoor track
– the spin workout is from 7 to 8 am, and then many people stick around for a post-spin core workout (about 15 min)
