Sign Up Rules

  • Spin leaders will post sessions.
  • Members will be able to sign up for the sessions –
  • There are limited numbers for spin session, 10 slots.
  • If you are unable to attend a session, post in the forum of that session. This must be done more than 24hrs prior to a session. The vacated slot will become available for another member to use. Two no shows without canceling with more than 24hrs notice will result in a one week suspension for signing up for sessions.

Swim Workouts 

  • Swims take place in the 50m pool at the Athletic Centre.   Please be on deck 15 minutes before your session starts.

Runs

For, runs meet in the lobby of the Athletic Centre. On Tuesdays we run together at 6:00 pm to interval location for a 6:15 start. (usually at Central Tech Track, but it may change due to closures). Thursday routes are posted below meeting in the AC lobby and starting at 6:15.

Spins/Brick

Spins take place in AC Field house.
