*Monday and Thursday runs offer multiple distance options, with end times varying based on participants’ choices

Friday Jan 19th – Brick cancelled (due to track meet in Field House)
Sunday Jan 21st – Swim cancelled
Friday February 16th – Brick cancelled (due to track meet in Field House)

Tuesday April 24th – Late swim start (9:00 am to 10:30 am)
Thursday April 26th – Late swim start (9:00 am to 10:30 am)

 

Locations

Swims take place in the 50m pool at the Athletic Centre.

Spins take place in the Athletic Centre Spin Zone, which is accessed from the Field House (indoor track area).

Runs meet in the lobby of the Athletic Centre. On Mondays we run together to a location within 2km of the AC and do intervals or hill training there.  Thursday routes are posted below.

Strength Training during winter session takes place in the Field House (the track upstairs in the Athletic Centre)
