Winter Schedule (starting January 7th, 2018)

*Monday and Thursday runs offer multiple distance options, with end times varying based on participants’ choices
Cancellations/Changes  for Winter term
  • Friday February 16th – Brick cancelled (due to track meet in Field House)
  • Monday February 19th – spin practice and run practice cancelled due to Family Day
  • Wednesday February 21st – Both morning and evening spins cancelled (due to the Paratough Cup). However, we have been given a new slot for this week for Thursday, Feb.22nd at 7:00 am.
  • Tuesday Feb 20th – Special swim time (due to U SPORTS Swimming National Championships – training day): 7:00 to 8:30 am, short course only (still in the 50 m pool but we’ll be sharing)
  • Thursday Feb 22nd – Swim cancelled (due to U SPORTS Swimming National Championships – competition day)
  • Friday March 30th – Strength and Brick cancelled (due to Good Friday)
  • Sunday April 22nd – Swim cancelled (due to Polopalooza water polo event)
  • Sunday April 29th – Special swim time and location (due to the Grootveld swim meet): 9:00 to 10:30 am Benson 25 yard pool

 

Locations

Swims take place in the 50m pool at the Athletic Centre.

Spins take place in the Athletic Centre Spin Zone, which is accessed from the Field House (indoor track area).

Runs meet in the lobby of the Athletic Centre. On Mondays we run together to a location within 2km of the AC and do intervals or hill training there.  Thursday routes are posted below.

Strength Training during winter session takes place in the Field House (the track upstairs in the Athletic Centre)
